Eng. Carolyne Namagga Kisauzi serves as the Managing Director and Principal Engineer – Design at Cornerstone Design and Engineering Ltd. With over 18 years of civil engineering experience, she is a registered engineer (ERB No. 911). Carolyne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Makerere University and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Colorado State University, CO, USA.

In her role, Carolyne leads a team of over 25 professionals, guiding them through project conceptualization, process development, and design implementation. Her expertise spans structural engineering, including concrete design, steel structures, industrial and multi-storey structures, deep foundations and shoring systems designs. She has successfully managed a variety of complex projects, ranging from government-funded initiatives to donor and industrial projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
