John is a seasoned Civil Engineer and the Technical Director at Cornerstone Design and Engineering Ltd. With over 16 years of experience, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Building Engineering from Kyambogo University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering at Makerere University. A registered engineer with the Uganda Engineers Registration Board (ERB No. 919) and a corporate member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers, John has managed a wide range of medium and large-scale projects funded by prominent entities such as the Government of Uganda, the African Development Bank, and The World Bank.

John's expertise spans across various sectors, including transport, water, public health, and building structures. He is highly skilled in project management, contract management, design and construction supervision, feasibility studies, and management contracting. At Cornerstone, John is responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of all projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, align with clients' needs, and are delivered within the specified time and budget.
