Description and Key Features

The LDC Office block is a multi-storied academic and administrative building at the law development centre. The office block serves to increase the capacity of the increasing demands of students and staff of the post tertiary institution.

The block is located within soils of low bearing capacity and employs a raft foundation design for the ten storey concrete office blocks, for which we attribute our contribution to the implementation of the project
