Description and Key Features

The industrial hub project covering approximately 10 acres, caters for the development of key facilities aimed at supporting local industries and training. These include an administration block of 1,800m2, workshops for carpentry, welding, shoe making, tailoring & knitting, and bakery, each spanning 230m2. The project also includes two dining/multipurpose halls of 230m2 each, processing factories for maize, coffee, stone cutting, and block making, each covering 480m2, a kitchen, and staff and student toilets and bathrooms. Our role in the project was project management, overseeing the planning and execution of these facilities.
