Description and Key Features

The office space renovation project at Course View Towers transformed two floors (ground & first floor) into a modern, functional workspace. Covering approximately 493 m2 of office space, the design also included a 62m2 meeting and conference area, 48 m2 for archives and storage, and 30 m2 for MEP service rooms. An emergency exit was integrated to enhance safety. Our team provided construction supervision and project management services. This renovation optimized the space for efficiency, blending practicality with a professional layout tailored to meet diverse workplace needs.
