The UBTEB Assessment Centre is a modern and functional facility with two interconnected blocks: a five-storey structure and a two-storey structure. Key features of the development include:

· Basement parking for 72 cars,

· A 231-seat assembly hall,

· 405 m² outdoor terrace,

· 70 office spaces.
