This project involves the construction of a modern pier at the Source of the Nile in Jinja City. Key responsibilities included supervising field investigations, engineering designs, and design reviews. Additional tasks encompassed reviewing and recommending approval for materials, assessing drawings and shop drawings, managing design changes, and overseeing cost management.

A critical aspect of the project was the pile design for two platforms, ensuring structural stability and quality. The team also supervised the contractor’s execution of work to meet the highest quality standards.
