This project supports Sustainable Development Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. The centre aims to train construction machine operators and enhance industrial skills in Uganda.

The scope of works includes constructing key facilities such as an administration block, classroom block, maintenance block, and gatehouse, alongside site infrastructure like a driveway, parking area, and landscaping. It also involves mechanical systems for water supply, drainage, and firefighting, as well as electrical installations, including a transformer, power distribution, lighting, and a standby generator.
